Is that in PVM settings there is an option called "sync on green", but I get scramble image? What is the purpose for this option? My ps1 and ps2 games look great set to real RGB. Everything is hook up fine.

Converting signals, a waste of resources and signal quality. And all that equipment is pretty much worthless. Getting a screen that just works out of the box is actually a proper investment. As you buy more consoles it makes sense to have more than one screen.
