Have some of the usual members left Racketboy forums ?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

I wasn't doing retro gaming as much. Work got in the way and I was just playing the odd game on Steam here and there. Recently I was looking for a new ultrawide monitor and got turned off by the lack of decent offerings so I pulled out my trinitron monitor and got it hooked up with retroarch and GOG and got back into things. I figured out how to calibrate the monitor with WinDAS which was a massive pita. I think I'm done with Sony monitors for a while.

I actually end up on this forum a lot through google searches (sometimes even my own threads  ). This place has a lot of good discussions when I'm looking up some old game or how to try and set something up.

My interest in specific consoles changed heavily.

About 4 years ago I got a supergun and an AES, and didn’t look to anything else. My current interests are modern PC, arcade games, and rarely, PS4.

I don’t see much arcade talk on here, and so I hardly show up. Sad but true.

The lack of certain people on here also didn’t help.

With your username, I want to say, “Thanks?”

I love The Sisters of Mercy, too. I still want a new album to be released, but like most aspects about them, it’s not to be taken too seriously.
