We're still waiting. Last I checked (which was only a couple weeks ago), the last update was from a year ago saying that he'd decided to focus full attention on the project rather than updating the blog (which seems kind of ridiculous -- how long does it take to update a blog? Although the guy is incredibly meticulous about words). There was a more recent comment he left on it when someone asked if the project was still on, to which he pretty much responded, "Yes. Don't worry. Be patient." I really wish he'd provide some sort of time-table, but something's way better than nothing. It would mean the world to me to get to play this.

Definitely, for confirmation bias, look at the price of Policenauts before and after the translation patch.

I uploaded these videos to youtube if anybody is interested. It is of the early translated work I found on his blog and uploaded for youtubers to see.

Anybody know if these forums support embedding YT videos? Didn't work when I tried it.
