Current state of online Dreamcast games

I'm thinking I'd probably pay someone to set that up, but in all practicality I doubt I'd get my moneys worth because I have enough stuff around as it is that needs playing or replaying too. It's a hell of a cool option though if you have a slim enough stack of games you can really commit to it.
