Re: So what do we all think of Mega Man 11?

Can't really think of a Mega Man with better boss fights, to be honest. MM11's killed it. The core game is excellent, but it's really bare bones. You get the main campaign, four difficulties for mild replay value, a few time attack challenges, and that's it. As others commented, where are Protoman a...

Re: Gaming while clinically depressed

Playing games in that state is not the greatest idea. I don't mean to sound patronizing, but look at a few outdoors activities, get moving, see the sun. Get a spray of the good chemicals on your brain before trying on any more games.

Gunstar Green wrote:Yasuhiro Imagawa. He's done a lot of mecha stuff like the first 3 episodes of Getter Robo Armageddon, Shin Mazinger and the absolutely fantastic 2004 Tetsujin 28 series. I can't recommend that last one enough.

Tetsujin going into my plan to watch list. Thanks, guys.

Re: Games Streaming to Your Devices is Inevitable

I'm not against that on a fundamental level, but I do wonder what that means for the huge, astronomical budget AAA games. Publishers have been crying for a while about soaring costs and monetize them in every possible way. If you're streaming games, high graphical fidelity should be a huge bottlenec...

Re: What Anime are you Currently Watching?/Anime Recommendat

So wait, did you watch the whole thing already or no? I seriously need to rewatch it myself. I've only seen the original CA fansubs, never got around to the BD rips yet. I wish I could afford this official release but it's definitely too much for me. I believe Hidive has the series with the newer s...

Re: What Anime are you Currently Watching?/Anime Recommendat

Don't really care for most of this season's offerings. I watched the first episode of Hinomaruzumou, as I'm a big combat sports fan (and really curious about the whole culture surrounding sumo wrestling). Didn't really like it. Production values were rock bottom, the art style was ugly as sin. Also,...
