Re: Streaming music
I'd like to buy vinyl, but I don't know where I'd store them and supposedly CD audio is higher quality anyway. Vinyl collecting seems more like a novelty for serious music nerds and I'm really just a casual fan of music. CD is far and away a more accurate replication of what was recorded, but some ...

Re: Streaming music
I do still want to buy and rip CDs of bands I like enough to have in my collection. But I also like to use Apple Music to explore back-catalog entries I don't have and discover new music.

Re: Racketboy Summer Games Challenge 2024
Key, I know you were streaming Apple II games for a while. It's outside your request, but I'm wondering if you would consider other Apple II game suggestions, on the off chance you don't already have them? As for NES recommendations, I'd say give Super C a go. Quick action with a rockin' soundtrack....

Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
It's certainly possible she could have gone over to Australia and done work there, though eventually yeah, if they want to be in Hollywood, they have to move to LA. Even the US is like that. Despite the vast number of productions not filmed in LA, studios prefer to hire actors out of LA instead of ...

Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
I'm not sure she would have. I've liked her in everything she's been in, and in my opinion she had one of the best celebrity cameos in the history of The Simpsons, but there are so many other factors besides charisma and talent. You make a good point. Also, she was in NZ, and while that's absolutel...

Re: Let's try to predict the Switch 2 launch lineup
I would like to see the Switch 2 land some exclusives aside from just 1st party stuff. I miss when every console had exclusives, it actually made them all feel different. Again, probably wishful thinking on my part, but I don't think it would kill Nintendo to throw some money at certain developers ...

Re: Let's try to predict the Switch 2 launch lineup
I don't know we should expect Mario Kart 9. MK8D is still doing gangbusters, and it wasn't long ago the last expansion pass content dropped for 8. I mean, excluding the WiiU version (which only sold 8 mil units) the Switch sales alone are like 62 million units. Truth told, I'm not sure where Mario K...

Re: Racketboy Summer Games Challenge 2024
The SNES Prince of Persia may be the recommended HG101 version, but it also has LOTS of new content and changes over the original. I'd say it's different enough that it's more like PoP 1.5. In light of that, I might actually recommend the PC Engine CD/ TG-CD version or the Mac version. The TG-CD rel...
